Have you ever met your worst fear? We are never ready we that days comes. What we do when faced with fear surrounds our life and lays siege to our hopes and faith depends on how well we lay hold of the promises of God. Psalm 46 tells us what God promises, and what we need to do in the middle of the siege to experience His Promises.
When I Am Confused
Have you ever come to a place where you just don't know what to do next? Confusion can stop us from moving forward. Imahgine the confusion that Moses had to face after the Children of Israel refused to trust God and go into the Promised Land. What was he supposed to do now? Even been really confused? Psalm 90 was written by Moses himself, and he gives five reorienting directives to bring us back into clarity.
