Purpose:
To raise awareness of prayer ministry and listening prayer in the local churches developing and empowering German church leaders in the area of “listening prayer,” thus allowing them to spread that in their congregations. We hope to increase interest in prayer!
Missionaries:
Mike and Debby are from Fellowship Evangelical Free Church in Knoxville, TN and moved to Germany in 2003. They have five children, two of which are with them in Germany and three grown children in East Tennessee. Mike serves with ReachGlobal Europe (EFCA International Ministry) as the Area Leader for Germany, Austria and Poland. Mike is also continuing to develop ministries in East Germany in the area of church planting, prayer and U.S./Germany church partnerships.
Testimonies:
When we went, we had no agenda but God’s, and He filled it with quality time spent with two churches and their respective pastors and leaders. It was great to see the Lord work during periods of personal prayer time spent with these leaders, to hear God speak to them and to see their response. They were truly encouraged and I felt privileged to be a vessel God worked through to further His kingdom in Germany. There are so many souls waiting and it is exciting to know that God is already at work.
